In 2007 I was funded by LearnScope (part of a Australia's national strategy to increase the capacity of vocational and technical education (VET) professionals to use flexible learning approaches and new technologies in the delivery of training) through an individual Learnscope Project on e-learning leadership to increase my leadership skills.
