For the past week, some friends of mine gave me links to a video on you tube. As I open it, I begin to watch a very old looking news report: NBS Nightly News with Ted Philips, March 11th 1970.
People would most likely want you to make their favorite Battlestar Galactica episode yours too. That’s the problem – I have my own favorite and if they have theirs, it’s fine. But I at least let me have my own.
Alan Moore and his team have done an excellent job in capturing on printed material the inseparable realities that accompany love, government and politics.
Watchmen was published in an era when the comic book genre was dominated by superheroes and antiheroes with black and white views about good and evil. It is a parody of the overman in dystopia.
