Slashdot | Is Vista a Trap?

An article in the BBC that got slashdotted, that mentions all the problems that the writer encountered when upgrading to Vista, and the fact he had to spend a large amount of money on hardware upgrades, and encountered various software glitches. Vista also seems to be a step backwards in compatibility. Ah! The wonderful world of the free-as-in-beer, free-as-in-speech, fully tweakable, "just working", Linux. I can never go back.

The Klein Four Group

This is a nice song I found on GarageBand.com after being recommended the artist ("Jenna Drey") on their homesite. Drey has a voice that suits the style of this song very much. The comments in the post of this page indicate that Amazon.com has a rapidly changing codebase of 100 Million lines of code (LOCs), a large part of which is written in Perl (which is itself considered very high-level and succinct).
