How aspartame managed to become approved, with assistance from Donald Rumsfeld

By allowing GE foods to be marketed without proof of safety, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is violating its own laws; and it attempts to justify this violation by fallacious arguments. While FDA administrators acknowledge that pieces of foreign DNA spliced into an edible plant (and all substances produced by them) are in principle food additives, they claim these genes and gene-products are exempt from the testing ordinarily required for additives because they are “generally recognized as safe” (GRAS). This claim is patently false.

OVER 70% of the edibles on our grocery shelves has Genetically Engineered chit in it and is either making you sick or will. It's not labeled - you can't avoid it that way. Genetically Modified/Genetically Engineered foods nor ingredients are allowed in most countries, but the ones that do allow it, require it to be labeled. ONLY the United States both allows it AND does not require it to be labeled!!! The health risks are abundant and are finally being independently proven, and also exposed. Find resources of information here, including foods and ingredients to not only avoid, but to also eat safely. Please know what to eat that is safe. I have info on my site for you and your family.
