I am an opinionated fitness advisor, who believes that too much muscle ruins the look of a physique. I believe that most people would rather look like a "Hollywood" Actor or Actress, than look like a Bulky Bodybuilder.
The Internet is a wonderful place to learn about "stuff"...the problem is that there is just too much stuff out there at times. Take the topic of fitness for instance. I did a Google search for the term "fitness" and ended up with 363 Million results! So how do you find the best info out of millions of fitness blogs?
The popular thing to say when we see a skinny Hollywood actress like Jessica Alba is this..."she needs to put on some weight" -or- "she needs to put some meat on her bones". Is this just something we say to make people feel better about themselves for being overweight?
