Brian's out a badge and a gun and maybe a job; they know he killed Tran and they know he let Dom walk. He's facing Tanner and Bilkins but he's aching and covered with blood and all he really wants is a chance to lie down. So he goes home, to a place he hasn't seen in weeks, grateful that at least Dom got away. But as he walks through his darkened living room, he's attacked by a shadow and finds himself pinned on the carpet before he has time to mount a defense: Dom's been waiting for him, and he's looking to take care of some unfinished business.
