I updated my Zemanta yesterday ! When designers understand semantics general semantics and mathematics you get a Zemanta ! This integration with Gmail makes E Mail use a valuable form of communication ! In my opinion Both Gmail and Yahoo are now true social media and advertsing tools ! The ability to add content and photos may make an item worth opening in your In Box WOW ! Finally there is a Firefox Add On that make Firefox Complete ! I also use Glue from Adaptive Blue and Tumblr which Mr Wilson is involved in! It is obvious to me than Mr Wilson understands the Internet is about content creation and distribution. I can see advertisers adding product to Zemanta and using Gmail and Yahoo to deliver !

The Last Newspaper - Authenticities - Edelman Digital Image representing Edelman as depicted in Crun... Image via CrunchBase I received my Tabbloid Today tabbloid_2009-02-05_0900-edelman-digital-zemanta Tabbloid is a free service from Hewlett Packard and is a client of Edelman ! There a lot of great articles and I found One on Zemanta and The Last Newspaper by by Gary Goldhammer “Daniel headed for the darkest corner of his local Starbucks, the Last Newspaper clutched snug against his chest. He opened it slowly, carefully, as if he were cradling an ancient parchment. The crinkling sound it made drew a few stares,…!” This is more than an ordinary post it tell’s a sad story in a few well chosen words! I also follow on my Tabbloid Fred Wilson Gotham Gal Steve Rubel and more ! Gotham Gal is one of my wife’s favorites she gives you Scrapple from the Apple “Scrapple from the Apple” is a bebop composition by Charlie Parker, commonly regonized today as a jazz standard, written in F major. The song borrows its chord progression from “Honeysuckle Rose“, a common practice for Parker, as he based many of his successful tunes over already well-known chord changes.tabbloid_2009-01-10_0901-gotham-gal I use Scrapple from the Apple Above Since Gotham Gal has among other things great food features Now Scrapple , Scrapple is a savory mush of pork scraps and trimmings combined with cornmeal and flour, often buckwheat flour. The mush is formed into a loaf, and slices of the scrapple are then fried before serving. Scraps of meat left over from butchering, not used or sold elsewhere, were made into scrapple to avoid waste. Scrapple is best known as a regional American food of Delaware, Virginia, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Maryland. Dave Winer believes he is “one of the most hated people on the Internet” (full blog post). We tip our hats to him. It’s quite an achievement. Considering all the trolls, jerks, and narcissists (yes, me too) who post like crazy on the Web, it’s no mean feat to be hated by so many. This article on Mr Winer was written by a Cub Reporter for the Digital Daily Planet CNET Rafe Needleman I looked him up also not very exciting ! The Daily Planet is based in Metropolis and employs Clark Kent, Lois Lane, and Jimmy Olsen; its Editor In Chief is Perry White. Image byhttp://www.prestonlee.com/archives/67 via CrunchBase I am not sure any of the old media could ever pull off the a digital newsroom ! Most of the Old Media could not find there way with Google Earth ! Attached is a copy of tabbloid Seth Godin talks about how to create a newspaper tabbloid_2009-01-10_0901-seth-2-now I was born in 1936 and sadly can get more infrmation from Twitter than any of the local media in Michigan, unless you wnat information you might find in A publication in the United States by this name was officially The National Police Gazette, although commonly referred to as simply the Police Gazette. It was founded in 1845 by George Wilkes, a journalist and sometime transcontinental railroad booster.[1] The editor for most of the 19th century was Richard K. Fox, an immigrant from Ireland. Ostensibly devoted to matters of interest to the police, it was more often a tabloid-like publication, with lurid coverage of murders, Wild West outlaws, and sport. It was well known for its engravings and photographs of scantily clad strippers, burlesque dancers, and prostitutes, often skirting on the edge of what was legally considered obscenity. The National Police Gazette enjoyed considerable popularity in the late 19th century and early decades of the 20th century; but its popularity decreased during the Great Depression. [1] It continued publishing until 1982. [2] Musician Dan Hicks has claimed that he derived inspiration for some of his witty, satiric lyrics by stories he had read in The Police Gazette. The website, www.policegazette.us[3], mimics the Police Gazette style in coverage of current events and contains some archival materials from the original publication that give a taste of its late 19th century flavor. January 29, 2009 Kwame is coming to Texas? Thank you for the the good wishes as Kwame sets his sights on my current state of Texas. It was noted on Fred Wilson’s site-http://www.avc.com/ Barry Graubert writes the excellent Content Matters blog and he’s got an interview with me up there today. Fred Wilson Here is one question and my answer: CM: Historically, as the economy comes out of recession, it creates transformation and change. Which segments have the potential for transformation in an eventual recovery? FW: Every industry that is based on knowledge or information or some other form of non-physical matter (atoms vs bits) is going to fundamentally transform and this downturn will be the darwinian forcing function. Think about energy and power systems, banking, media, education. They all have that aspect to them Barry Graubart has spent the past 20 years applying technology to content to develop high value business-to-business information products. Barry today serves as Vice President, Product Strategy & Business Development for Alacra, a leading content technology company, where his focus is on eCommerce and social media applications. Previously, he served as EVP & Chief Marketing Officer for Leadership Directories, a content provider of biographical and organizational data. Louis Gray is on of my favorite content creators because he does not play Gotcha with Firms he write’s about this is the sign of a person with a clear conscience -The awareness of a moral or ethical aspect to one’s conduct together with the urge to prefer right over wrong: Let your conscience be your guide. The post on Facebooks is very clean cut and to the point, well thought out ! I have always felt Facebook is a ship without a rudder ! I have no answer other than it lacks a sense of order - MarshalSandler.com is a playground of ideas, introductions, and synergies. Marshal exhibits a blogging style that is less about tamping out his thoughts and more about the juggling, rearranging, juxtaposing, and syndicating of the content of other people and companies - a communications cubism of sorts. There’s no room for crap, but there is plenty of room for friendly people with interesting ideas. Checkmate 2.0: A Free Premium WordPress Theme The Perfect Building Block for Your Blog Checkmate has been a very popular WordPress theme with thousands of users worldwide. Now it is has been made even better. I’ve learned a thing or two from the users of Checkmate, listened to the feature requests and I’ve decided it is time to release Checkmate 2.0. Checkmate 2.0 is built on the original version of Checkmate, but could almost be considered a completely new theme. The interface has gotten a huge and much needed update. The layout is still simple and clean but now is more polished and modern. Customizing the CSS and the look of theme is even better, the entire site was coded with the end user customizing the site in mind.

This past week BusinessWeek.com posted a story called Comcast’s Twitter Man. Of course I am one of a number of people on Twitter from Comcast. These positive stories have come about because of the great team I have and their efforts to improve the Customer experience. I am still shocked by it all. Whenever a story comes out like this it always brings about questions: usually scalability and existing Customer experience through other channels such as phone and chat. This post will answer the question on scalability. I am saving the discussion on improving the experience through all channels for the future Comcast corporate blog. That is a topic that is more relevant for that space instead of this one. But since I am a believer that social media engagement will be important in the coming years, I thought scalability is a great discussion for here.

I one rioted my favorite rockstar http://www.oneriot.com/search?q=chris+brogan Hi, we’re OneRiot - a social search engine that finds the pulse of the web. Like other search engines, we keep a running record of the contents of the Internet. However, unlike other search engines, we prioritize that information based on its current popularity with our community. This makes OneRiot’s search results relevant, fresh, friendly, and pulsing with the real-time energy of the web. When you search with OneRiot, be on the lookout for these pulse indicators - they’ll pop up next to the search results that our community is most excited about right now. EmergingSurgingRaging

steve rubel - Icerocket Blog Search I just used Ice Rocket to Search Blogger Steve Rubel he had mentioned Ice Rocket Nice Results- Mr Rubel has an excellent content creation platform- “IceRocket is a jewel of a site that has slowly been improving. I highlighted it recently in my post on the state of blog search. Today they unveiled a cool new feature that blends tweets, blog posts, news stories, videos and images. The feature is called Ice Rocket Big Buzz. Founder Blake Rhodes pinged me about it earlier today. (A larger view of the above image is here) IceRocket Big Buzz fills a void that we desperately need - a real-time view of news events and memes. This feature gets us closer to such a utopia by pulling together live web sources into a single page. Take, for example a newsy search for plane crash. As I write this post it’s filling up with lots of very current information all about today’s top news story. This includes videos from YouTube and images from Flickr. Plus you can track all of it via RSS with a link at the top right. Sounds like a dream for journalists. This is a great first start. I would love to see the page automatically refresh and have a mobile version. In addition, an open API would be helpful too. That way, should I wish, I can add a feed from Friendfeed for items that users are only sharing there. Still, I am glad to see that someone is out there trying to solve the live web search problem because, as Scoble shows today with the plane crash story, it’s where the action is. Google is sleeping at the wheel here.” Steve Rubel Friday, January 16, 2009 steve rubel - Icerocket Blog Search. edelman

Seth Godin noted this on his platform http://sethgodin.typepad.com/ Don’t get sued “If you write online, on a blog, on Twitter, on Squidoo, even in the comments section of a site, you are a published author. Congratulations. Before you write something negative about another person, you need to realize that the casual nature of your post doesn’t protect you from a lawsuit. Charles Glasser is an expert on this and a new edition of his book just came out. You should consider reading it, or be sure to hire an editor who did. It’s more sophisticated than a quick overview, but you know you’re getting the straight scoop.” Seth Godin Avoiding libel as a blogger.

I find certain terms Semantic Jazz ! My first is Blog which I have chosen to rename a content creation platform- The latest buzz word in the Digital Media is Social Media - Which until I read Gotham Gal I had a hard time defining ! Gotham Gal’s content covers areas of our lives that are truly Social-Food- Art-Book’s-Travel etc ! Art is becoming Overlooked in our society and it seems Mac Donalds is a restaurant of choice! Although Mac Donalds has good coffee ! Gotham Gal’s Social Media is a life active in Education and more ! Not in the evaluation of advertising techniques on the Internet ! I think many of the Social Media Gurus are overlooking the Human Condition ! Rarily do the Gurus reccomend a great read like ! The Anatomy of Melancholy (Full title The Anatomy of Melancholy, What it is: With all the Kinds, Causes, Symptomes, Prognostickes, and Several Cures of it. In Three Maine Partitions with their several Sections, Members, and Subsections. Philosophically, Historically, Opened and Cut up.) is a book by Robert Burton, first published in 1621. On its surface, the book is a medical textbook in which Burton applies his large and varied learning in the scholastic manner to the subject of melancholia (which includes what is now termed clinical depression). Though presented as a medical text, The Anatomy of Melancholy is as much a sui generis work of literature as it is a scientific or philosophical text, and Burton addresses far more than his stated subject. In fact, the Anatomy uses melancholy as the lens through which all human emotion and thought may be scrutinized, and virtually the entire contents of a 17th-century library are marshalled into service of this goal.[1] Burton is forthright about his intentions in writing the Anatomy — “I write of melancholy by being busy to avoid melancholy,” he concedes. This acknowledged desire to distract and amuse himself motivated Burton to produce a uniquely wide-ranging document, stuffed with digressions and commentary. Whatever its strengths as a medical text

This is a interesting and valuable article from a great content creator-Steve Rubel ! Who understands effective communication http://www.edelman.com/ David Ogilvy, founder of Ogilvy and Mather, in his 1963 autobiography: “I have a passion for landscape, and I have never seen one improved by a billboard. Where every prospect pleases, man is at his vilest when he erects a billboard. When I retire from Madison Avenue, I am going to start a secret society of masked vigilantes who will travel around the world on silent motor bikes, chopping down posters at the dark of the moon. How many juries will convict us when we are caught in these acts of beneficent citizenship? ” David Ogilvy Yet he also once discussed putting only six words on a billboard and developed an extensive billboard campaign for Shell Oil ! Confessions of an Advertising Man (Paperback) by David Ogilvy (Author) David MacKenzie Ogilvy, CBE (June 23, 1911–July 21, 1999), was a notable advertising executive. He has often been called “The Father of Advertising.” In 1962, Time called him “the most sought-after wizard in today’s advertising industry.” [1] He was known for a career of expanding the bounds of both creativity and morality. Making Something From Nothing This may be on of the best post’s of the new year ! From Mr Fred Wilson “That’s a fundamental difference and we cannot ever lose sight of this fact. Nothing costs nothing. We don’t have to pay for our ideas, imagination, and hard work we put into turning nothing into something. Well to be exact, the entrepreneur doesn’t have to pay for any of those things. The VC does pay for those things and gets a piece of the ride from nothing to something as a result.!” January 1, 2009 Fred Wilson Add to it this look up article from Dave Winer on helping friend feed http://www.scripting.com/ In one of my reblogs I added some thoughts regarding giving free help to Friendfeed Mr Wilson says it better nothing cost’s nothing ! I like Louis Gray’s take on the new forms of Digital Media ! First I must explain my personal position I was kicked off Friend Feed for posting a Re-blog about Edelman Digital in the Wrong Room no warning one of their employees was complaining about my post’s to another employee not to me ! Another from the UK sent me a Tweet saying I was a spammer ! My account was then without addressing the issue to me deleted , this to me is ok I am still alive but this is not a tactfull way of building a business ! Obviously only Geeks who communicate with machines not people are FriendFeeds Market ! Now I am 72 years old and am sure have more business and marketing experience in my little red wagon then the folks at Friend Feed ! They have built an excellent visual application and developed a following but they have and it is obvious no marketing direction ! Understand they have right to pick and acknowledge a client base but to survive their application needs a Universal Appeal us the unwashed not a Snob Appeal ! In 2008, Two Contrarians Showed Blogging is Alive and Well - Authenticities - Edelman Digital I like the fact that Steve Rubel supports using stats. “Earlier this year Wired magazine created a stir when it declared that starting a blog today for thought leadership or money is fruitless. “The time it takes to craft sharp, witty blog prose is better spent expressing yourself on Flickr, Facebook, or Twitter,” Paul Boutin wrote. There’s validity to the argument. For example, there’s no way I would start a gadget blog given the competition. Not only do you have Engadget, Gizmodo and Crunchgear, but now the media’s getting into the game as well. The New York Times recently launched Gadgetwise. Wired’s thesis is certainly the conventional wisdom today. Twitter, Friendfeed and Facebook all posted massive growth this year. Blogging, meanwhile, declined by some measures. Daily postings receded from 1.5 million per day last year to 900,000 in 2008, according to Technorati. Conventional wisdom, however, is where you find contrarians thriving. And in 2008 two stood out - Jeremiah Owyang and Chris Brogan. As you can see from the Google Trends traffic chart (also below), which includes Micro Persuasion (my blog), they’re eating my lunch! ” Steve Rubel 22 dec 2008 Follow favorites on tabbloid_2009-01-03_0900-now Free Service from Hewlett Packard In 2008, Two Contrarians Showed Blogging is Alive and Well - Authenticities - Edelman Digital. Richard Edelman - 6 A.M.-The Right to Know “My own experience this past fall indicates the wisdom of transparency. The week before I went into the hospital for prostate surgery, I called my most senior colleagues to let them know that I would be having the procedure. I spoke to those clients whom I work with directly. I then drafted a memo to the entire Edelman staff, to be released the moment I got out of surgery, describing my condition and my confidence in a full recovery. Though some of my senior team would have preferred a more nuanced approach, I opted for complete disclosure, because my colleagues had the right to know.” January 2, 2009 Richard Edelman Mr Edelman is on of my favorite content creators, he obviously understands the human condition I was reminded of this quote when reading his article! “We don’t see things as they are we see things as we are !” Talmud ” I follow a lot of bloggers on Tabbloid by Hewlett Packard it is a free service . Mr Godin has a very interesting technique for creating a nice small capsule ! Obviously he has a clear conscience and collect’s his thought’s ! I decided to list another one of my other favorite authors Frédéric Louis Sauser (September 1, 1887 – January 21, 1961), better known as Blaise Cendrars, was a Swiss novelist and poet naturalized French in 1916. A writer of considerable influence in the modernist movement. He was born in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Neuchâtel, Switzerland to a bourgeois francophone family. Initially, they attempted to send young Frédéric to a German boarding school, but he ran away. After, they tried enrolling him in a school in Neuchâtel, but he had little enthusiasm for his studies. Finally, in 1904, he left school due to poor performance and began an apprenticeship with a Swiss watchmaker in Russia. It was in St Petersburg that he began to write, thanks to the encouragement of R.R., a librarian at the Updated link to the National Library of Russia. There he wrote the poem La Légende de Novagorode, which R.R. translated into Russian. Supposedly fourteen copies were made, but Cendrars claimed to have no copies of it, and none could be located during his lifetime. In 1995, the Bulgarian poet Kiril Kadiiski found one of the Russian translations in Sofia. Today the authenticity of the document is still contested.

AdaptiveBlue Launches Glue to Show You Who’s Visiting What on the Web Top Notch Article by Adam Ostrow on Glue- NewsResourcesSocial NetworkingStartupsMobileSportsMusicPoliticsCelebrities © 2006-2008 Mashable! AdaptiveBlue Launches Glue to Show You Who’s Visiting What on the Web October 28, 2008 - 9:00 am PDT - by Adam Ostrow 10 Comments Semantic Web startup AdaptiveBlue is launching a new service today called Glue. The concept is sort of similar to MyBlogLog – showing recent visitors to a certain webpage – except it’s more like recent visitors to a given concept. So, for example, if you’re looking at the Wikipedia entry for the movie Iron Man, the Glue bar will show people that have visited webpages about Iron Man all around the Net, for example, on Netflix or IMDB. This all works through a combination of a Firefox add-on (Get Glue), AdaptiveBlue’s contextual technology, and analyzing your existing social networks on services like Facebook, Twitter, and Friendfeed. In turn, if you’re visiting the Iron Man page on Wikipedia, you’ll see which of your friends from those sites (who have also installed Glue) have explored Iron Man content, with options to see additional metadata like comments, reviews, or “likes.” Additionally, Glue wants to help you discover new people, so you’ll see other members of Glue who are interested in the concept you’re viewing. This screencast explains how it all works a bit more in-depth: AdaptiveBlue Launches Glue to Show You Who’s Visiting What on the Web. PressThink Image of Jay Rosen from Twitter Image of Jay Rosen Dear Mr Winer as a man of good taste, this is a tasty look at a great Wordsmith I am going to be politically incorrect print it out and put it next to my dradle under the chanukah bush ! At 72 yeara old I still say merry christmas happy chanukah -Feliz Navidad Feliz Ano Nuevo . I think my clear conscience came from my high school read’s and a good Shrink! This choice of Mr Rosen brings back great reads,John Dos Passos,Pablo Neruda,Freeman Dyson, Charles Dickens, Gustave Flaubert, Rudyard Kipling, Herman Melville, Ivan Turgenev, Leo Tolstoy, and Emile Zola, by the time I graduated high school thanks to people like Mr Rosen I had read a lot of the Great Books ! I guess Christmas Eve is the day to announce the Blogger of the Year. It’s only the second time I’ve done it, and I did it last year on this day, and it seems like a good day to do it. That’s what being a real blogger is like. It’s like just feeling like doing something and then doing it.

Not being a Geek I was very excited a few months ago being invited to test Glue ! I at 72 years old and not a fan of Machine Communication , find found that somewhere in the computer science education platform Geekery has taught students to talk to machines not people ! My LG is full blown I don’t text get email etc, As and old man I like the touch keyboard so i bought an LG Vu Mobile Phone ! I find Twitter and Friendfeed boring applications ! I get my reads from Frank Eliason Chris Brogan Louis Gray Steve Rubel Shel Israel Bill Israel Dave Winer and more I pull them into my mail box with Tabbloid a Free Service from Hewlett Packard tabbloid_2008-12-24_0900-2 tabbloid_2008-12-24_0902 But Glue is a different story , first and foremost Alex Iskold http://alexiskold.wordpress.com/ Alex Iskold is Founder/CEO of AdaptiveBlue, a smart browsing company. Comment from Scripting news say’s it all -lest we forget joe_rady (joe_rady) 3 hours ago in Rick Warren is over the top (Scripting News) on Scripting News As i’ve said many times before, maybe in todays world it takes a german to spot the nazi, because we know them when we see them. And this Warren guy clearly is! as for “embracing” him in the inauguration: freedom of speech is one thing: offering them a platform and an endorsement is another. Martin Niemöller put it clearly like this: First they came for the communists, and I did not speak out– because I was not a communist; Then they came for the socialists, and I did not speak out– because I was not a socialist; Then they came for the trade unionists, and I did not speak out– because I was not a trade unionist; Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out– because I was not a Jew; Then they came for me– and there was no one left to speak out for me. Rick Warren is over the top Scripting News. Related articles by Zemanta * Rick Warren, “Vulgar Huckster” * So Obama has chosen Rick Warren to give the i

Having reached the ripe old age of 72 I have a lot of time to study web content platforms this is what I call blogs since the term blog,s to me is semantic jazz! For years I read Etc a magazine published by the http://www.generalsemantics.org/ I had tapes by the Late S I Hyakawa and Antatole Rapport ! Even once attended a lecture by Hiyakawa in Miami ! There are two web content platforms that are very informative which I enjoy for specifice reasons! http://www.eliasonfamily.info/blog/ and Seth Godin ! The both possess a a conversational style. This style says to the reader I am talking to you not shouting out to the world ! I had the benefit of a wonderful education and by the time I graduated high school had read Homer, John Dos Passos, and a lot of the great books ! Today a lot of platforms are being authored by Geeks who are well educated but not in the Liberal Arts ! So many write in bytes and bits ! I was banned from Mahalo for my reblogs and Freindfeed for not posting in a designated area! I was crushed can’t you tell ! Most of these sites are run by Geeks who can only communicate with machines not people ! Gone are the day’s when you get a well written letter on Crain Crest splattered with ink from a fountain pen !

Welcoming Justin Levy to the Pirate Ship | chrisbrogan.com tabbloid_2008-12-20_0900-1 Yacht mainsail Image via Wikipedia Sail Free Lads they never will catch your Pirate Ship- Sailing is the art of controlling a sailing vessel. By changing the rigging, rudder and dagger or centre board, a sailor manages the force of the wind on the sails in order to change the direction and speed of a boat. Mastery of the skill requires experience in varying wind and sea conditions, as well as knowledge concerning sailboats. The “rules of the road” for ships and boats declare that when the courses of two sailing vessels converge, the vessel on port tack must give way to a vessel on starboard tack . For this purpose, port and starboard tack include any position with the wind to that side, whether moving upwind or downwind. If a vessel is fore-and-aft-rigged, the actual wind position is overridden by the position of the boom (the mainsail boom in a vessel with multiple masts), which is assumed to be on the side opposite the wind, even if the vessel is running straight downwind or is in the act of tacking; that is, if the boom is to port the vessel is on starboard tack, and vice versa. There are exceptions to the requirement to give way: in particular, if the vessel on port tack does not have sea-room to tack or maneuver out of the way. I just received a direct mail piece from the Braindead at WM Sullivan ! I wonder since they advertise If they also give commissions if I send them a body or two ! Don’t invade my Holidays you Ghouls ! With direct mail! A ghoul is a monster from ancient Arabian folklore that dwells in burial grounds and other uninhabited places. The English word comes from the Arabic name for the creature: ????? gh?l, which literally means “demon”.[1] The ghul is a devilish type of jinn believed to be sired by Iblis.[2] The female form is given as “ghouleh” in one collection of Palestinian folk tales.[3] The plural is “ghilan”. Other myths describe the ghoul as a corpse brought back to life by a witch or some demon to do tasks. A ghoul is said to be very strong and fast. Ghouls tend to drink the blood and eat the flesh of young children. Many ghouls are mindless and can only kill or do labor for their masters. It is said that the only way to kill a ghoul is by burning them until they are not but ash, also some think they have a fear of a cross. Ghouls have to obey the orders of the person that brought them back to life.

I think this gentleman has a an excellent point , but most of the people who are running sites like Twitter Friend Feed etc are NEWBIES to the world of business they lack the experience to develop an acceptable plan for how their services shall be used ! Remember Geeks can only communicate with Machines not People therefore all you can expect is a canned response drafted by an Attorney ! There is an attorney behind every bush waiting to sue somebody ! If legality totally controls what you do your hands will be tied ! The kids will learn when they insult a few more people ! To really develop a business or social platform, you have to be a master of Sematic’s General Semantic’s and Mathematics ! Write a book the Acceptable Standard of Behavior for using Twitter you may make more money than they will ! I use and like Mariner Software Mariner Software Releases Contour 1.0 Minneapolis, MN December 16, 2008 – Mariner Software, developers and publishers of professional and personal software, announced today the release of Contour 1.0, the story development software for Mac OS X and the newest product in Mariner’s award-winning line of personal creativity software. Developed in collaboration with Emmy Award-nominated Jeffrey Alan Schechter, Contour is a proven story development system that streamlines the process of turning movie ideas from first glimmer to full outline. The Contour story development system teaches the writer how to use the same character-based structure that all blockbuster movies use to create solid stories from Fade In to Fade Out. With its intuitive, fill-in-the-blanks approach, Contour shows exactly what elements need to be in a script, never leaving the question, “what comes next?” Contour also seamlessly integrates with Montage, Mariner Software’s popular screenwriting software.
