Mike Rowe used to hock crap on QVC · Gangstas & Hugs

I love watching Dirty Jobs. The reasons are two-fold. First, I love finding out how much crap I DON’T have to put up with in my job. Second, Mike Rowe is a smartass, and that makes the show funny. Little did I know he was honing his skills on QVC way before The Discovery Channel picked him up.

I found out where the picture for the “O RLY Baby” from. Turns out it’s from one of those cheesy clip segments they put together on America’s Funniest Videos. The rest of the clips are kind of corny. Except maybe for the one of the baby crawling around with a pretzel between his ass cheeks.

I’m back at work after having a day off in the middle of the week. It sucks. It’s like having two Mondays in one week. I know Friday is tomorrow, but the weekend is only going to be two days long. Why, oh why, did the Fourth of July have to fall smack dab in the middle of the week this year?

I wish I had me a Theremin. Well, that and some musical talent. When I first saw the video I was hoping it would be Dangermouse playing the theremin, but I was to be disappointed. Although the dude playing it was pretty talented.

I hate Bill O'Reilly. So does Ludacris. Which means I relish every video I see like this. My favorite part is when 16 year old Jesse Lange actually gets O’Reilly to say, “But you took my quote out of context.” Bill will never quite get the irony of that phrase uttered from his lips.

JK-47 scratching on his new QFO · Gangstas & Hugs

You may remember the last time I wrote about JK-47, but I’m back with a little video action. JK just got his new QFO, and this is the first time he took it over to a friend’s house and got crazy with it. What’s a QFO? Well, as I understand it, it’s a portable turntable/mixer. Check out how he’s got this one hooked up to a PSP to play the background track and then the output is just sent over the regular stereo in their living room.

I don't know about you, but this video really struck a cord for me. At first it was a difficult concept to grasp. But then I realized that if you don't have the money to buy something, hoping you'll have the money later doesn't mean you will.
