TortoiseSVN is an easy to use Revision control / version control / source control software for Microsoft Windows. It is implemented as a Windows shell extension, which makes it integrate seemlessly into the Windows explorer. Since it's not an integration for a specific IDE you can use it with whatever development tools you like.

Garrett helped write svnsync as part of Subversion 1.4, but I wasn't able to find any documentation for it, other than passing --help. svnsync is a one way replication system for Subversion. It allows you to create a read-only replica of a repository over any RA layer (including http, https, svn, svn+ssh).

SVN2Log automatically generates changelogs from Subversion repository. You do not need to waste your time and write special changelog document with a subset of features already described in your SVN commits' desriptions - you decide which parts will be displayed for your users.

NaughtySVN (NSVN) is an easy-to-use Subversion client and has a Graphical User Interface. NSVN works as an extension to the Nautilus File Manager (a graphical shell for the GNOME desktop environment). The inspiration of this project is TortoiseSVN. The aim of this project is to help users who are not technically oriented to use Subversion.

FSVS stands for “Fast System VerSioning”, “File System VerSioning” or “Full System VerSioning”. It aims to become a complete backup/restore tool for all files in a directory tree or whole filesystems, with a subversion repository as the backend. You may think of it as some kind of tar or rsync with versioned storage.
