The Playstation 3 European launch will fall within the first two weeks of March 2007. On the same day as the PS3’s Euro launch SCE will distribute their March firmware update. In the same week as the European PS3 launch Sony hope to see a worldwide launch of the PS3’s HDip Camera. A TV tuner and TiVo-like service to be available in Q3 2007.

The US Official Xbox Magazine reports that the peripheral will be available in two bundle deals from September 19 in the US, and in Europe on October 2. However Toys R Us are selling them early, so the first hands-on appeared online.

Microsoft ’s Jeff Stone revealed at Gamefest this week in Seattle, the details on the launch of the Xbox Live Vision video camera accessory for the Xbox 360, including confirmation of a gesture-based game called TotemBall that is set to be included for free with the hardware.

EyeToy, Sony’s motion-sensing camera add-on and PlayStation One emulation, will be hitting European shelves in October 2006, a month later than originally announced by Sony. No one outside of Sony has any idea what games to expect.
