I understand how that statement may sound to any cynics out there, and I am aware that there are many, so please bear with me. Unfortunately, without actually meeting Elysha you can make many sweeping statements about Him. How you think Elysha should act, how Elysha looks, and who you think Elysha is. Always using your own judgments of yourself to project whatever negativity onto Elysha that you can, in order to disprove what He has to say. That is what the mind is doing, in any case. Your heart, on the other hand, if allowed to show itself, will shine in all of its glory and beauty at seeing itself in motion. So with that said, obviously it is not until you actually meet Elysha and spend some time sitting with Elysha that you come to really realize that the above statement is utterly unmistakeable and true in your own case. How could it be otherwise? Elysha is who you are and He lives it through and through in every moment. This is how Elysha is able to bring you to that same place of knowing who you are. You will also come to realize that everything that Elysha says and calls for you to ‘do’ is for one purpose only, and that is to bring you back home to the heart via the quickest route possible. I don’t mean that this will occur through sitting with Elysha for a day, or even two. Hell, a week in His energy may have you climbing the walls and wanting to run away. It is after that initial stage, of mistrust and fear of losing who you ‘think you are’, has passed, through you staying in place, and letting the energy of the message penetrate until the commitment is felt to actually try and put the teaching which Elysha has to share with us to the test and 'live’ it in your day to day life, that is when the magic starts to reveal itself. There is no ‘doing’ in the teaching, only the "stopping and dropping" of any doing and the "seeing and being" of who you are. It is only through the energetic living of this that reality hits you between the eyes. How can it be otherwise? Talking about it obviously won't change a thing. It absolutely has to be energetic. During this time you will have many seeings and it is through those seeings that the shell in which you live, which includes the mistrust and fear of being free, starts breaking down and a glimmer of your heart starts to shine through. I have seen many people come into contact with Elysha. Elysha has no airs of being separate or above anyone and no religious agendas are being played out, Elysha therefore can be taken for granted in a very short time. The general tendency is to initially stand in awe of Elysha and then to project all manner of issues onto Him and use that as an excuse not to listen to His message and therefore not to reap the rewards which Elysha is very passionately bestowing on us. This immature, mind oriented motion obviously has people believing that they know everything which Elysha is saying and equating their own experience with His. Unfortunately respect flies out of the window at this stage and familiarity does its normal act of breeding contempt and it leaves you walking out the door with no more insight into what you get up to which is locking you out of your own heart. A crying shame indeed. Again, on the other hand if you listen to your heart, stay in Elysha's company and quietly sit through the stirred up resistance of the mindbody, allowing this resistance to move through and out of the system while Elysha draws you more and more deeply into your self, you will reap such rewards that you could not ever imagine. Words are unable to express the joy and wonderment which is felt and lived from that moment on. Self Realization - Who You Are Is The Heart Of Existence Itself by Elysha Elysha Elysha The ultimate value of the mindbody is for the divine one of all time to incarnate into it with the fullness and purity of itself. It is to bring the immortality of this “you” of you into the physical manifestation of its own creation. This is what the whole of existence is for - the dance, play or lila of the one that is flowing through the eyes of this mindbody that you are lost in the belief of thinking as being you. The divine lila of existence has always been about the incarnation of the parabrahman that “you” are. The dance of life has always been about the one god incarnating into this life and bringing with “it” the glory of the kingdom of god into each phase of its manifestation. The play of the divinity was always about “itself” extending on into the furtherest reaches of its manifestation with the fullness, immortality and purity of itself. This it does, at this stage of its development, through these mindbodies that you keep on mistaking to be you; the very same mindbody that you find yourself flowing through. In fact, this “you” that is flowing through your mindbody is the same one that is the divine one that is flowing through this mindbody that you find yourself flowing through. As you realize your “self” in manifestation you keep on discovering that “you” are even more than what you had ever imagined. The joy, ecstasy, delight and bliss of simply being who “you” are is beyond your wildest dreams and yet this “you” is not doing anything and nor is “it” going anywhere; even while the constant change of life continues to be informed by this staticity of “you”. The continuity of your realization of the notyou-ness that this you is flowing through is a classic sign of just how great this “you” of you is; how great thou art. “It” cannot be conceived and yet it can be “be”ed in the silence of the beingness of who “you” already are. The beauty of being this “you” is always with you; you cannot escape from it and nor can you run away from it; it is who you are - your very areness; your amness; your “youness”. Anything that you can observe, taste, feel, perceive, experience, is only more of the notyou-ness that this “you” of you is flowing through. Who you are is this “motion of aliveness” that is flowing through your eyes right now. By bringing your conscious focus of attention to this very “motion of seeing” that is flowing through your eyes and by stopping at and as this very “aliveness” is all that you can “do” - of course this is not a doing; it is a “no longer” doing; a not doing - to be freed from the automaticity of trying to be something that is notyou. Coming to being deeply at rest at and as this one that is flowing through the eyes of this mindbody, by stopping here for many consecutive moments, will dissolve the restlessness and importance of any arisings that have you struggling with the problems thereof. It is right here at this point of “being” who you are that the journey of self and heart discovery begins. It is in the actual “being” of who you are that you begin to understand what this one is, that “you” are; not you “being” who you are and then nosy-ing around and being a someone having a look. No! You being simply at rest as this one that “you” are - the “motion of seeing”, the seer, which is flowing through your eyes - and in the “being” of “that” you will come to being deeply at rest in the qualities of what it is that this “you” of you is. When you have finally realized the energetic implications of who you are, through the “being” of who you are, you will come to a “point of no return” as self in self, never to forget or lose sight of again the magnificence of just who you are is - the heart of existence itself. Only in being "you" will you stand free and this must be realized on a momentary basis - moment by moment. Thus begins the most wonderful of journeys of existence itself. The journey of discovering just who "you" actually are; discovering the continuing unfolding and flowering heart of your self; discovering this "you" that is the one behind the many - the divine one; discovering how you become more real as this "you" of you and less entrapped by the energetic belief and position of trying to be what you are not and yet flowing through.

Once you have found this "you" - that is flowing through the eyes of your mindbody - and you have stopped at and as this one, you will come to being deeply at rest in the natural state of your being. It will have you at home in the heart everywhere you go. It is this "you" of you. It is where you are happy without cause

This is very much part of what you carry on suffering as you do not realize the "you" of you that already stands free of not only the dirge of your daily grind, but also free of the excitement and success that you keep on drumming up for yourself with your wonderful daily living that you keep on selling yourself as having attained. This ease of capacity of learning to be who "you" are will have you free of all the stances that you are left with trying to defend - good or bad. They are all bad in comparison to the freedom of being this "you" of you.

You keep on thinking that you are "on top of it" and "in control". You know "what's up" and you oughta be out there telling everyone else "where it’s at", as well. You know that it is all those "others out there" who are creating the unlove in today's world. *chuckling* You are not who you think you are. You can be who you are because who you are is already true of you. Regardless of how "entrenched" it may seem to you of how you are stuck in your belief of yourself as being this individuation that you find yourself driving around in, you can stand completely free as the one that you truly are. Of course you are going to be up against your own mind which is an adept at distracting you from realizing who you already are.

You already are what you say you are looking for. You keep on trying to work out what you are doing "wrong" in terms of "being" the clarity of your heart without coming to understand that you are constantly and consistently furthering "out" from this "you" that is already here and flowing through the eyes of this mindbody that you find yourself flowing through. The constant trying to be who you think you are is the action that is "wrong" - if you are looking to be the freedom of this heart that is already true of "you". You believe yourself to be who you think you are and then you attempt to work out how you can "attain" this "you" of you to add to the basket of your attainments of who you think you are. This of course, cannot happen.

Any wonder then, that the fallacy of trying to being who you think you are has become so entrenched that it seems impossible for you to find your way out of it? Yet, here "you" are, as "you" have always been, and you realize it not. How ingenious of it all. Closer to you than the nose on your own face is this "you" of you and yet you see it not. You are so artfully distracted - again and again and on a momentary basis - by your ideas and belief of who you think you are. You suffer constantly and consistently in your belief of whatever your chattering mind tells you, as being true of you.

This is where I would like to share with you my own personal experience. In my case I was extremely lucky to find a wonderful teacher who has fulfilled everything He has ever said. I have known my teacher Elysha for 4 years now and it is only due to my own laziness that realization of the one that I am took 8 months to stabilize, and from then the journey of self discovery began. Each day of the last 4 years has brought more wonder and joy in the grounded, solid being of who I am.

It will not be the kind of celebration that who you think you are would dream up for itself. No, it will be much richer than your mind can muster. It will be the celebration of the heart; of this "you" of you; of the conscious entry of the divine one into its own manifestation through the mindbody that you find your self flowing through. The way has now been prepared for the Lord - the job has been done. You can now leave alone that which was never true of you - if you so wish - and freely stand as the "you" that you truly are and have always been.
