From comments section: "I have been searching a long time for sync tools and also tested ChronoSync. There is a very good tool, called NTI Shadow ($39). This one does real time syncing, even on network-volumes. It uses the same tech Apple uses for Time Machine and Spotlight. NTI Shadow just needs to know the source and destination directories, and if anything changes in any subfolder of the source (rename, delete, etc.) it is instantly (so in between 1-2 seconds for me where dest is a network volume) mirrored to the destination directory."
