45 miles east of Dallas, Texas, spiders have spun a web that stretches along 200-yards of a nature trail in the Lawakoni State Park. Seven trees and numerous bushes are blanketed by the web, which also spills across the ground.

A video documentary produced by the National Film Board of Canada in conjunction with the Canadian Wildlife Service shows the affects of a variety of narcotic stimulants on the web building and social behavior of the common wood spider.
