Perhaps non-discrimination and disclosure are to be added. Disclosure is a good idea I think.
Wireless market is characterized by dynamic competition in terms of technology but it seems that there is not much dynamic competition in terms of companies.
With the deployment of WiMax ongoing and LTE coming, I think it is not a bad idea to start discussing the net neutrality regulation, rather than leaving it in uncertainty.
