I wonder if this operation is to generate revenue because WiFi is so cheap that the getting customer through four spams a year and through a log on screen would be enough to cover the cost. Or, is it just a strategy for Starbucks to differentiate themselves from competitors? That would indeed work well if the service is available anywhere.
