The limits are currently set at the level that most usages are not affected. Will the limits remain at such level? Will the limits change as people's usage habits change? What if many people change their habits? It would be nice to have some stats reporting the incidents of exceeding the limits and duration of resulting throttling.

I have heard only recently that those security questions are the weak point unless you change it with every site, since once broken, it could be used to crack a lot of different sites.

It seems that 2ch is not a Japanese phenomenon. It is infectious, it seems.

Indeed, this saves a lot of cost for newspapers. That is less than half the puzzle solved. Is this going to significantly expand the readership? Is this going to bring revenue to the newspaper?

While people were looking at the web and blogosphere, is this the savier that many have been waiting for?
