I would suggest that instead of going after popular keywords and have to pay someone to do lots of SEO for your page, you should target some (actually lots) long tail keywords. Long tail keywords has been my main focus for traffic for a couple of months now and it seems to work better than spending all my time doing on-page SEO and link building. Has anyone here seen or used this product? In a nutshell, it's a small script you place on your site that identifies keywords that aren't searched as much (and potentially are worth optimizing for (SEO) or using in PPC). In other words, less popular KW's collectively account for more visits than the more popular KW's.

On high-traffic days (like today!) I check every couple hours.
