The closest you get to a download URL is to scroll to the last page of the discussion forum, then read backwards through time for the latest announcement from Rue, and hope the URL you find will still work. There's an earlier version by Pike which will not work properly. You want the one by Rue, known as nothing more specific than version ".2d". I'm afraid you'll just have to grab the latest bleeding-edge devlopment version and see if it works for you; there is nothing like a stable version and a development branch. For the record, the latest version is apparently still "nightly build 27" from February.
