For the record, nothing too serious, just a handful of typos.
Update 2005-08-19: Almost two weeks later, still they say it has no errata. Aaah, I get it: they just ignore submissions. Anyway, I'll send them an email and ask.
Update 2005-10-29: More than two months later, they have a few entries ... but not mine. I'll send them another email.
