Our body weight is made up from to distinct parts - fat tissue and fat-free tissue. That may sound pretty obvious but things tend to make more sense when you break them down ito their simplest form. The main goal of any weight loss program is to get rid of the fat tissue without losing the fat-free tissue. And just to labor a point fat free tissue are things like muscles, tendons and organs (like your heart). so the last thing we want to do is risk and damage to that. So the best way to lose weight is to build a healthy diet that can help you lose the fat tissue but retain the very important fat-free tissue.
