Troubleshooting
If you are having trouble adding bookmarklets, ensure the appropriate toolbar in your browser is enabled:

  • Internet Explorer: enable Links toolbar (see screenshot). If you can't drag Bookmarklets to the Links toolbar, you can add them as follows:
    1. Unlock toolbars: Go to the Tools menu ⇒ Toolbars ⇒ uncheck Lock the Toolbar
    2. Save bookmarklets: Right-click on the Bookmarklet ⇒ Add to Favorites ⇒ click on Yes in the "You are adding a favorite that may not be safe, do you want to continue?" dialogue box ⇒ select the Links folder.
  • Mozilla and Firefox: enable Bookmarks toolbar (see screenshot)
  • Opera: enable Personal bar (see screenshot)
  • Safari: enable Bookmarks bar (see screenshot)
What is What
  • Simpy This! bookmarks the page you are on.
  • Search Simpy searches your saved bookmarks.
  • Note This! saves the highlighted text from the page.
  • Search Notes searches your saved notes.
Instructions
Click on the orange bookmarklets, keep the mouse button pressed, and move the cursor over your browser's Favorites/Links/Bookmarks/Personal toolbar. Once the cursor is over the toolbar, let go of the mouse button.
