The new Treasury Department regulation gave the U.S. Mint the power to charge fines of up to $25,000. In such a way the Mint will be able to police the use of its names, emblems and symbols. About 50,000 proved to be without the edge inscription "In God We Trust"without the edge inscription . People around the world are arguing whether it was made mistakenly or intentionally.
