1. Oblivion magic users get Spell Tomes update

Bethesda announced Spell Tomes, a new download in The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion for the random treasure generator that adds books with “wondrous and powerful magic spells” to randomly generated loot picked up off of fallen foes or acquired by opening treasure chests.
