Interference issue is not sufficiently addressed, amateur/ ham radio organization says, and there was some information related to the interference studies not disclosed in the proceeding.

The appeals court supported the view. BPL is not blossoming so far, so I am not sure how this lawsuit affect the prospect, but it sounds like an another instance of FCC's secretive mode of operation..
