1. I’ve done the exercises, I feel a bit stronger…Is that it?
The answer is NO! Sorry but it is just not enough to ‘do exercises’ however well you do them, however often and however well. But don’t be downhearted and imagine that you have read all of this stuff just to be told that it doesn’t work…..it DOES. However there are two things that you must remember. You must first find which exercises are the most appropriate for you, then you must do some every day and then the most important thing to remember is that you must APPLY what you have learned.
