Small geckos maturing around 1.5-2” and native to Tanzania. Uncommonly seen in captive collections though frequently imported. Males are pale blue with small black dots and bright yellow heads. Hemi-penal bulges are present as well as small black dewlaps that can be used for display.
Minimum of a 10 gallon aquarium (20 inches long, 11 inches wide and 13 inches high) for a pair of these geckos. Taller cages are better than shallow cages. Single animals can be housed in smaller enclosures, but seem to be less stressed in larger cages.
