This weeks artist spotlight is with a rock band from Jacksonville, FL. I briefly spoke to the band due to their hectic schedules with the current CD release, recording time, and concerts it s been a tough time getting them to speak to me. They did give me a brief bio and the new songs before it was even released to the public, so that was awesome!

Mammut is an Icelandic band and the featured artist of the week. While many listeners outside of Iceland may not understand a single lyric, make no mistake, they do speak the universal language of awesome rock music. They have a distinct Icelandic sound, but are similar to the Iceland band, The Sugarcubes and Bjork with an alternative rock kick.
The artist spotlight of the week goes to a talented duo called Narcolepts. Lead singer, Craig Lawrence and guitarist, Aaron Wilson collaborated to create Narcolepts early 2009.
